Inspired by the cuisine of his hometown, Chef Taejun Eom deconstructs and reimagines traditional Korean flavours through a contemporary lens. At Solbam in Seoul, he transforms local seasonal ingredients into precise and expressive modern cuisine while preserving its authenticity and elegance. Just one year after founding the restaurant in 2021, he led Solbam to its first MICHELIN Star, establishing himself as one of the most compelling voices among South Korea's new generation of culinary talents.
