Since his career began in 1996, Chef Tongourian has dedicated himself to mastering contemporary French cuisine. As Executive Chef of Robuchon au Dôme, he has infused the restaurant's menu with his distinctive style and flair while upholding its legacy from previous masters. Under his leadership, the restaurant has continued its unbroken string of three MICHELIN Stars for 18 consecutive years.
An agricultural engineer and oenologist, Mr. Thomas Duroux began his career in winemaking in the vineyards of Tokaj in the mid-1990s. After cultivating years of expertise, he returned to Bordeaux in 2004 to become the Managing Director of Château Palmer, later rising to CEO. At this exclusive wine dinner, Mr. Duroux will meet with guests, sharing intimate stories about seven legendary decades of Bordeaux's most esteemed estates.
